Booking

Booking is simple! Browse our Activities or Tour Packages pages, select the experience you want, choose your preferred date and number of guests, then proceed to checkout. You can pay securely online using a credit or debit card.
We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and time slot. For peak seasons (school holidays, public holidays, and weekends), booking 1–2 weeks ahead is strongly advised as spots fill up quickly.
Yes. After completing your booking you will receive an instant email confirmation with your booking reference number, activity details, date, time, and meeting point instructions. You can also view your bookings anytime from your account dashboard.
Yes! For groups of 10 or more, please contact us directly for special group pricing and availability. We can accommodate corporate outings, school trips, family gatherings, and more.
You will need to provide your full name, email address, phone number, number of guests (adults/children), and preferred date. For certain activities, additional details such as age, weight, or health conditions may be required for safety purposes.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
Yes, your payment security is our top priority. Our website uses SSL encryption and all card payments are processed through Stripe, a globally trusted payment platform. We do not store your card details on our servers.

All prices on our website are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED). If you are paying from outside the UAE, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee at the prevailing exchange rate.

• Cancellation 24–48 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before: No refund

To cancel a booking, log in to your account, go to "My Bookings", and select the booking you wish to cancel. Alternatively, you can email us at support@rahtourism.com with your booking reference number and our team will process your cancellation.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Safety is our top priority. If an activity is cancelled by us due to bad weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. We will notify you as early as possible via email and phone.

This depends on the specific activity. General recommendations include comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a bottle of water. Specific requirements (e.g. swimwear for water activities, modest clothing for cultural sites) are listed on each activity page.
Most of our tours are conducted in English. Arabic-speaking guides are available for many tours. For other languages, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Most tours welcome children, though some adventure or physically demanding activities have minimum age or height requirements for safety. These restrictions are clearly mentioned on each activity's page. Children under 12 generally receive discounted pricing.
Transportation details vary by activity. Many tours include hotel pickup and drop-off from major areas. Some activities require you to reach a meeting point independently. Please check the inclusions listed on the specific activity or package page.
Meal inclusions depend on the specific package. Some packages include breakfast, while full-board options are available on select itineraries. Details are always listed under "What's Included" on each package page.

Your safety is our highest priority. All our activities comply with local regulations and are conducted by certified, experienced guides. Safety equipment is provided where required, and all our partners undergo regular safety audits. We also maintain emergency protocols for all tours.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip. Travel insurance can cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and more. While not mandatory for all bookings, it gives you peace of mind during your travels.
In case of any emergency during a tour, immediately inform your tour guide. Our guides are trained in first aid and emergency response. You can also contact our 24/7 support line which is provided in your booking confirmation email.
