By accessing our website or booking any service through RAH Tourism LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of RAH Tourism LLC services, whether booked online, by phone, or in person at our office.

RAH Tourism LLC is a DTCM-licensed tourism company based in Dubai, UAE, offering the following services:

• Holiday packages and tour arrangements within the UAE and internationally
• Activities, desert safaris, and sightseeing experiences
• Things to do recommendations and booking assistance
• Travel consultancy and itinerary planning

We act as an agent for third-party suppliers including hotels, transport providers, and activity operators. While we take care in selecting our partners, we cannot be held responsible for the independent actions of third-party service providers.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from RAH Tourism LLC.

• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the service
• Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise
• All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways
• RAH Tourism LLC reserves the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, taxes, or supplier changes prior to booking confirmation
• Promotional prices are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service booked and the supplier's terms. General guidelines are as follows:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the activity start time are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity start time may incur a cancellation fee
• No-shows and same-day cancellations are generally non-refundable
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days
• Certain packages, promotional fares, and non-refundable bookings are clearly marked and cannot be cancelled or amended

Requests to amend a confirmed booking are subject to availability and may incur an amendment fee. Changes are not guaranteed and depend on the policies of the relevant supplier. RAH Tourism LLC will make every effort to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.

RAH Tourism LLC reserves the right to make minor changes to itineraries or services when necessary due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or other circumstances. Customers will be notified of any significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure they hold valid travel documents for all services booked, including:

• A valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel date
• Appropriate visas for the UAE and any destination countries
• Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal liability
• Any health certificates or vaccinations required by the destination country

RAH Tourism LLC will not be liable for any costs, losses, or delays resulting from a customer's failure to hold the required documentation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health to participate in activities booked through RAH Tourism LLC. We strongly recommend:

• Consulting a medical professional before undertaking adventure or physical activities
• Disclosing any medical conditions to our team prior to booking
• Following all safety instructions provided by activity operators and guides
• Ensuring adequate travel and medical insurance is in place for the duration of your trip

RAH Tourism LLC's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage
• Loss of enjoyment, loss of income, or loss of opportunity
• Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, airlines, or hotels
• Events beyond our reasonable control including force majeure
• Personal injury or illness not caused by our direct negligence

All content on the RAH Tourism LLC website including text, images, logos, graphics, and booking systems is the property of RAH Tourism LLC or its licensors and is protected under UAE intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from RAH Tourism LLC.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
