How do I book a tour with RAH Tourism?
How far in advance do I need to book?
Most tours require at least 24 hours advance booking. For same-day bookings WhatsApp us at +971 50 377 3786.
Is my booking confirmed instantly?
Yes — all online bookings are confirmed instantly. You'll receive a confirmation email and e-voucher within 60 seconds.
Where can I view my bookings?
Log in at rahtourism.com/login to view, manage, and download vouchers for all your bookings.

Cancellations & Refunds
Free cancellation
Cancel up to 24 hours before for a full refund. Processed in 5–7 business days.
Late cancellation fee
Within 24 hours may incur up to 50% fee. Contact us — we always try to help.
How do I cancel my booking?
Log in at rahtourism.com/login and manage your booking, or contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference.
When will I receive my refund?
Eligible refunds are returned within 5–7 business days. Cash refunds available at Office 714, Makateb Building, Port Saeed, Dubai.
